Hi everyone. I’m Carolyn Monjoi aka “Mojo,” creator of MOJO Consulting. 2020 has brought a lot of unexpected changes, hasn’t it? For me, it has been a signal for a shift. Because I have always loved advising and encouraging women of all ages to reach their full potential for success and happiness, I now want to focus my guidance on senior women, or as I like to say, seasoned women. My definition of a “seasoned woman” is someone who has been around awhile and wants to keep that mojo of hers intact. So, what exactly can I do for you? I will be your sounding board, I will be your cheerleader, I will help you make sense of your choices, your opportunities, your talents and, perhaps, open your mind to opportunities you didn’t know existed. As for me, I am a seasoned woman and I continue to learn that age is not a deterrent to a contented, fun and blissful life. I invite you to join me.

My BackgroundAfter 33 years as a legal secretary and assistant in Newark, NJ and here in Tucson, Mojo, with some trepidation, joined two business partners and founded a successful staffing company called the Temp Connection. There I placed deserving applicants in a variety of legal and administrative positions.
